WeTravels.co.uk is a UK-based online travel agency (OTA) specialising in flight ticket search, comparison, and booking. We operate as an intermediary between passengers and airline carriers, consolidators, and ticketing systems globally.
We offer the following core services:
- Flight Search & Comparison โ Real-time search across hundreds of airlines, including low-cost carriers and full-service airlines.
- Ticket Booking โ Secure purchase of economy, premium economy, business, and first-class tickets.
- Multi-City & Complex Itineraries โ Booking support for round-trips, one-way, and multi-stop journeys.
- Managed Bookings โ Assistance with date changes, seat selection, baggage additions, and name corrections where permitted by airlines.
- 24/7 Customer Support โ Dedicated travel experts available via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
WeTravels.co.uk is not an airline, and does not operate, own, or control any aircraft or flight schedules. All travel is subject to the operating carrier's own terms and conditions.
Booking Services
When you make a booking through WeTravels.co.uk, you are purchasing a ticket from the airline or ticketing consolidator. We act as your agent to facilitate this transaction.
- All bookings are subject to seat availability at the time of purchase. Prices and availability can change until payment is confirmed.
- A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email address once payment is successfully processed.
- It is your responsibility to check the confirmation email for accuracy, including passenger names, travel dates, flight numbers, and baggage allowances.
- WeTravels.co.uk reserves the right to cancel a booking if we are unable to confirm it with the airline or if fraudulent activity is detected. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
- Group bookings (10 or more passengers) may be subject to separate pricing and terms. Contact us directly for group travel enquiries.
Ticket issuance times vary by airline and route. Most e-tickets are issued within minutes; however, some bookings may take up to 24 hours for confirmation.
Payment & Pricing
All payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan is explicitly offered. WeTravels.co.uk accepts major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as bank transfers for certain bookings.
- Prices displayed include all applicable taxes, airport charges, and carrier-imposed fees unless clearly labelled otherwise.
- Prices are dynamic and may fluctuate due to airline fare rules, currency exchange rates, or availability changes. Your price is only guaranteed once payment is confirmed and a ticket number is issued.
- WeTravels.co.uk charges a service fee on certain bookings. This fee is non-refundable and will be displayed clearly before checkout.
- Where a price error occurs due to a system or human error, WeTravels.co.uk reserves the right to notify you and offer an amendment or full refund.
- Card payments may be subject to a processing fee. No hidden charges will be applied without prior disclosure at checkout.
- Currency conversion is handled by your card provider. WeTravels.co.uk is not responsible for foreign exchange rates or bank charges applied by your financial institution.
Airline Policy
Each airline has its own independently set terms and conditions which govern your travel. By booking through WeTravels.co.uk, you agree to comply with the relevant airline's policies, including but not limited to:
- Check-in Requirements โ Passengers must comply with the airline's check-in deadlines (typically 2โ3 hours before departure for international flights). Failure to check in on time may result in forfeiture of the ticket.
- Baggage Allowances โ Checked and cabin baggage limits are set by the airline and vary by route, fare class, and frequent flyer status. WeTravels.co.uk will display the allowance at the time of booking; however, we are not liable for changes made by airlines post-booking.
- Schedule Changes โ Airlines may change flight schedules, routes, or aircraft type without notice. WeTravels.co.uk will inform you of significant changes where we are notified by the airline.
- Flight Cancellations by Airlines โ If an airline cancels your flight, you are entitled to a full refund, re-routing, or rebooking under EU Regulation 261/2004 (where applicable). WeTravels.co.uk will assist in processing your claim.
- Denied Boarding โ In cases of overbooking, compensation may be due under applicable regulations. WeTravels.co.uk can assist but is not directly liable for airline-level decisions.
- Visa & Travel Documents โ Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and any required travel authorisations. WeTravels.co.uk does not provide immigration advice.
- Health & Travel Requirements โ Requirements for vaccinations, health documentation, or COVID-related travel rules are the responsibility of the passenger. Always check with the relevant embassy or airline before travel.
WeTravels.co.uk is not the airline and cannot override airline policies. Our team will always advocate on your behalf where possible.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility is primarily governed by the airline's fare rules. WeTravels.co.uk will process refund requests in accordance with these rules.
- Non-Refundable Tickets โ Many low-cost and promotional fares are non-refundable. This will be clearly indicated at checkout. Taxes may be partially refundable even for non-refundable fares.
- Refundable Tickets โ Refunds for eligible tickets will be credited back to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 7โ30 business days, depending on the airline and payment provider.
- WeTravels.co.uk Service Fee โ Our service fee is non-refundable in all cases, as it covers the cost of processing your booking.
- How to Cancel โ To request a cancellation, contact us via phone, email, or WhatsApp. We will submit the cancellation request to the airline on your behalf.
- 24-Hour Cooling Off โ For certain bookings made at least 7 days before departure, you may be entitled to cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. This is subject to the airline's own cooling-off policy.
- No-Shows โ Failure to board your flight without prior cancellation will typically result in full forfeiture of the ticket value.
Service Policy
WeTravels.co.uk is committed to delivering a transparent and professional service. The following policies govern how we operate:
- Accuracy of Information โ We make every effort to ensure that flight schedules, prices, and availability shown on our platform are accurate. However, we rely on data from airline systems and cannot guarantee real-time accuracy at all times.
- Communication โ We will communicate with you via email and phone for booking confirmations, updates, and support. Please ensure your contact details are accurate when booking.
- Amendments โ Date changes, name corrections, and add-ons (baggage, meals, seats) can be requested through our support team, subject to airline availability and applicable fees.
- Fare Guarantee โ Once your ticket is issued and payment confirmed, the fare is locked in regardless of subsequent price changes.
- Complaints โ If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us at reservations@wetravels.co.uk. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 business days.
- Service Availability โ Our online platform is generally available 24/7. However, we may need to carry out maintenance which could result in temporary interruptions. Our phone support team operates during business hours.
Passenger Information
It is your responsibility to ensure all passenger details provided at the time of booking are accurate and match the travel documents that will be presented at check-in.
- Passenger names must exactly match the name on the passport or ID to be used for travel. WeTravels.co.uk and airlines are not liable for denied boarding due to name discrepancies.
- Date of birth must be accurate, particularly for infants (under 2) and children (2โ11), as these affect fare calculations and seat assignments.
- Any name correction requests will be subject to airline policy and may incur an amendment fee. Some airlines do not permit name corrections.
- Passengers requiring special assistance (wheelchair, medical equipment, unaccompanied minors) must notify WeTravels.co.uk at the time of booking so we can arrange this with the airline.
Liability & Disclaimer
WeTravels.co.uk acts as an agent between the passenger and airline carriers. Our liability is limited accordingly:
- We are not liable for flight delays, cancellations, diversions, overbooking, or any changes to flight schedules caused by airlines or third parties.
- We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed baggage, which is governed exclusively by the airline's conditions of carriage.
- We are not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or acts of terrorism.
- Our total liability to you in connection with a booking shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for that specific booking.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party content, airline schedules, or destination information displayed on our platform.
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Privacy & Data Protection
WeTravels.co.uk is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
